Improved Routing Engines

We have been working tirelessly to make our routing engine better, and now users can take full advantage of the sophisticated routing engine to save travel time and distance, handle constrained time windows, and easily prioritize deliveries.

Upgrades to Rider Apps

  • Multiple Product image visibility within the Task.
  • patch for the route-run activity for simple navigation.

'Delivery Screen' improvement

We have been actively interacting with our clients and working tirelessly to enhance the user experience. As a result, we have developed an enhancement to the UI/UX that can 10x increase speed, usability, and the overall user experience.

Users and dispatchers can navigate the populated deliveries with ease thanks to the improved delivery screen. Below is a brief summary of some of the major UI improvements:

  • 'Task Details' are comprehensive: The updated task details reveal the specifics of the delivery with all the waypoints.
  • Explicit "Route" information: Users may access the route-level details of each delivery or task and use the arrow keys to move through all the waypoints that had been pinned. further learns about the route details from the map screen
  • Improvements to the "Driver Patch" now only show the delivery/task volume per rider and the distribution of delivery/task volume by a team of riders, giving the user a complete picture of the rider data.
'Delivery Report Engine' is pretty large.

The metrics used to assess the delivery plan are significantly impacted by the appropriate reporting and analytics. In order to demonstrate these insights and enhance delivery performances, we have established the best practices.
The delivery reports have been divided and reorganized into three main parts.

  • Delivery Reports: To gather important business intelligence that will guide your decision-making and offer solutions for any shortfalls.
  • It also includes the "Delivery Visit Point Report," which effectively discloses information about the destination visits.
  • Reports that summarise deliveries: This report gives a summary of all deliveries.
  • Reports from delivery analytics: Analytics and reports give you important data in a graphical format.

'Task Scheduler' is dynamic

  • An easy and straightforward solution is needed to manage a lot of chores because doing so might occasionally turn into a pain. Our preferred technology for bulk scheduling would make it easy for our clients to set up the tasks.
  • With the aid of "Task Import," which allows users to quickly submit single or Written in 6 / 7 multi-route point visits with the touch of a button, the dispatcher is now able to pre-schedule the jobs. Our reverse geo-coding engine will take care of the rest.
  • This is possible in the many delivery scenarios indicated below:
  • Single Visit: Thanks to this, the user is now able to import many tasks that have the same delivery destination.
  • Single Visit with Time Window: This gives the user the option to schedule deliveries within a window of time that has been set aside.
  • Multi Visit: By using this job import, users can carry out deliveries that involve numerous drop-offs.
  • Multi Visit with Time Window: Using this import method, users can schedule jobs with several waypoints and a pre-determined time window for delivery completion.
  • Multiple Visits with Assignment: This enables users to assign riders to deliveries that include multiple drop-offs.
